To receive Gallipoli in-Home Care services, you will need to consult with and be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) in order to establish the level of care required. Please call ACAT directly on 1800 200 422. The ACAT assessment is free. If you are not sure, we are available to answer any questions you or your family may have.

ACAT will send you a letter confirming your eligibility, level of care and referral code for home care. Please contact us immediately so we can start organising a service for you.

You are almost there. Please book a home visit appointment with us to organise the service for you. Our dedicated case manager will be guided by you for the nature of the services and your preferred time. You are also able to choose the care worker based on your needs and preferences.
